Available through in-person or telemedicine appointments, we offer concierge primary care services to support you at every stage of life. Whether you need school physicals, well-woman care, or travel concierge medicine services, we’re here 24/7 to help you feel your best.

Preventative

Detection and prevention of medical issues before they become major problems is crucial to feeling your best. We offer on-site lab draws, advanced testing and imaging, and urgent care appointments for all of our members, whenever they need them.

Botox, Juvéderm, Kybella, Voluma... these are just a few of the cosmetic tools in our medicine bag. With our professional guidance, physician-grade skin care, and injection expertise, our medical team will help you look as good as you feel.

How is Harley Street Health different from traditional practices?

In a traditional practice, each doctor cares for a few thousand patients. At Harley Street, our membership-based model allows us to limit the practice to a few hundred members. We get to know our members, spend more time with you at each visit, respond quickly to your needs, guide you through the healthcare system, and advocate for you along the way. Because we keep the practice small, members enjoy quick, easy access to care with no wait time.

What does the membership fee cover?

  • Annual physical and bloodwork (according to each member’s health risks)
  • Office visits, follow up visits, phone calls, and virtual visits.
  • Sutures and other office-based procedures as needed
  • COVID, strep, flu testing and other in-office testing.
  • Medications administered in office
  • 24/7, 365 access

What is not covered by the membership fee?

  • Medication costs
  • Diagnostic testing done outside our office
  • Procedures or treatments done outside our office
  • Cosmetic services including Botox and filler
  • Bioidentical hormone pellet procedures
  • Treatment by other providers
  • Hospitalization.

What if I’m hospitalized?

We will work closely with you and the team caring for you during your stay. We can help ask the right questions, anticipate the next step, and coordinate care after discharge.

Can my child be a member?

We love caring for the entire family. We require that at least one parent or guardian be a current member while we’re caring for your child. Please note that we do not stock pediatric vaccines. For this reason, we highly encourage you to maintain a relationship with a pediatrician depending on the age and needs of your child.

Does insurance or Medicare cover the membership fee?

  • We do not bill commercial insurance or Medicare. Members may choose to submit a claim form to their insurance company for reimbursement. 
  • Dr. Hollenshead is not a Medicare provider and her services cannot be filed with Medicare. 
  • Our membership model is not compatible with Medicaid, HMO, or Tricare.
